As we navigate this new frontier and focus on the health of our communities, many things are changing.
One thing that will never change is our commitment to serving you, our members. And make no mistake, we are open for business.
In order to maintain a healthy community, beginning on Monday, March 23rd, we will be serving you through extended drive-up hours and appointments in our lobby. Limiting lobby traffic enables us to take another precaution toward social distancing and protecting your health, that of your families, and that of our employees.
Appointments can be set to apply for a loan, open an account, and conduct any Credit Union business that cannot be facilitated through the drive-up. Many of these activities can also be conducted through our full-service Contact Center at 541.928.4536.
Our drive-up hours have been extended from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and will remain open on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Appointments are available by calling our Contact Center at 541.928.4536. Our Contact Center Team will also be available to serve you during the extended 8:00 am – 8:00 pm hours Monday through Friday and from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on Saturday.
We care about you, and we are here for you and your family. Our team of employees is fully dedicated to serving your financial needs during this challenging time, though lines and wait times may be longer than usual. We ask that you please also care for us with your patience and understanding. Rest assured that you will have our full attention once you reach us and we will do absolutely everything we can to address your needs.
We want to remind you that your credit union deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to $250,000. Your money is safe, and you are safe continuing to trust us with one of the things that is most important to you right now- your money. Though it’s human nature to hoard during unsettling times, we strongly suggest you not withdraw more cash than you need as cash cannot be replaced.

- Mobile App
- Mobile Deposit (take a picture of your check)
- BulletPay (send person-to-person payments using an email address or a phone number)
- BillPay (pay nearly any bill with this free service)
- ATMs (access your cash at 30,000 surcharge-free Co-Op ATMs)
- Make a loan payment
- Point-of-Sale access to cash (get cash-back at the grocery store, convenience store, etc and save a trip to the branch)
We are currently working on a Member Care Package that will better enable us to assist our members most in need right now. There will be options for personal loans, loan payment skips, and other ways that we can walk alongside you as your trusted financial partner. If you need immediate financial assistance, please give us a call and we will do everything we can to help.
