Our Response to the Coronavirus Outbreak

Dear Member:

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in the Pacific Northwest, it’s important to our Management Team and our Board of Directors that we connect with you to share more about the steps we’re taking across our Credit Union to keep you, your family, and our employees healthy.

Our hearts are with all who have been affected by this illness. The health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority, and we will continue to monitor this ever-changing public health situation.

Our branches are cleaned and sanitized daily and we are increasing the frequency with which we disinfect surfaces, apply hand sanitizer and wash our hands. We won’t be shaking hands to greet you during this outbreak, and we’ll be removing some of the common-area items from our lobbies like coffee pots, newspapers and toys.

We’re also ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy and that they stay home if they are not feeling well. If wait times increase slightly as we strive to ensure everyone’s health, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

We want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. Our Board of Directors and Management Team are ready to ensure our service to you is uninterrupted and remains at the highest level possible. Currently, all Central Willamette branches remain open and are operating on normal business hours. If this should change for any reason, we will let you know via email, notices on our website, and social media.

Our Contact Center is an important connection point for many of our members. You can call us at 541.928.4536 as opposed to visiting a branch. We also encourage you to take advantage of our remote services, allowing you to bank from the comfort of your office, home or anywhere in the world:

 BillPay (pay nearly any bill with this free service)

 ATMs (access your cash at 30,000 surcharge-free Co-Op ATMs)
