Protecting Your Health: COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our members and employees is paramount during this COVID-19 pandemic in the Pacific Northwest. Our hearts are with those impacted by this illness and we are continuing to take all appropriate steps to ensure every member of the Central Willamette family remains safe.

We have all seen the media coverage related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past few weeks, including last night’s announcement of the first two confirmed cases within Linn County. We are carefully monitoring the updates from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). As part of our business continuity program, we have a formal pandemic plan to help ensure we can serve you continuously throughout this ever-changing public health situation.

In an effort to minimize risk to you, our members, and the communities we serve you are highly encouraged to enroll in our full suite of remote services as soon as possible. If you aren’t already signed up for these free and secure services, now is the perfect time to get enrolled to ensure you do not experience a disruption of service or access to your accounts in the event we would need to limit our branch services. Mobile Deposit (take a picture of your check)

BulletPay (send person-to-person payments using an email address or a phone number)

BillPay (pay nearly any bill with this free service)

ATMs (access your cash at 30,000 surcharge-free Co-Op ATMs)

Point-of-Sale access to cash (get cash-back at the grocery store, convenience store, etc and save a trip to the branch)

In the coming weeks we MAY find it necessary to limit branch hours during this pandemic. If this occurs, we will notify you via our website and social media. Our Contact Center is an important connection point for many of our members. You can call us at 541.928.4536 as opposed to visiting a branch.

We also ask that, instead of dropping by a branch, you please consider calling and scheduling an appointment to meet with a Financial Advocate. As we work to maximize our workforce and minimize your wait time, scheduling appointments allows us to best meet your needs. This outbreak and the health threats it’s presenting are changing rapidly. We will continue to communicate with you through our normal channels and to publish information on our website as needed.
