Text Messaging & Hours Update: A Message From Our CEO

Dear Members-

We at Central Willamette understand that every one of our members is currently navigating uncharted territory. You each have unique needs right now, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to serving you through these trying times.

Earlier this week we sent you a message about our Member Care Package. Please continue reaching out to us so we can weather this storm alongside you.

As we look to wrap up a week that has been far different from others before, there are a few things we want you to know right now:

  • We haven’t seen very many of you during our extended drive-up hours, so to best empower our team of employees to offer you the very best service possible we are returning to our typical drive-up hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the branches that offer drive-up service.
  • We can now communicate with you via text messaging. Most of us rely on text messaging to quickly stay in touch with family and friends, so why not use it to make banking just as easy? Simply text your question to Central Willamette and we will get you an answer as soon as possible. You can text us at 541.928.4536 and we will respond during normal business hours.
  • Our North Albany branch, located inside the IGA supermarket, is closed until further notice so those team members can best assist you at other locations.
  • Our drive-ups remain open for business, and if you have a more complex need we’re happy to meet with you in person. Please call or text us at 541.928.4536 to schedule an appointment.
