You worked hard to make it to college, so we worked hard to make it easy for you to apply for a student loan! You can apply online (it takes about 15 minutes!), or come by one of our offices and speak to one of our student loan specialists who can find the right loan, at the right rate for you.

The Smart Option Student Loan

Here are just some of the great features of our student loan program:

  • Competitive, variable interest rates from 3.25% APR to 10.22% APR. We also offer fixed interest rates from 5.74% APR to 11.85% APR.
  • Receive a 0.25 percentage point interest rate reduction while enrolled for making monthly payments by automatic debit.
  • Borrow up to 100% of the school-certified cost of attendance.
  • Deferred Repayment Option, Fixed Repayment Option, or Interest Repayment Option.

A: Yes, you may make your loan payment online from your Central Willamette account(s) by logging into Online Banking and clicking on Funds Transfer.
A: You may obtain your loan payoff amount by calling us at (541) 928-4536 or (800) 950-4536. Please note that your payoff amount is different than the balance reported online or on your statement. Please mail your loan payoff to: Central Willamette Credit Union PO Box D Albany OR 97321 or our overnight address at Central Willamette Credit Union 7101 Supra Dr SW Albany, OR 97321.
A: Yes, you may make your loan payment over the phone. Please call us at (800) 950-4536 or (541) 928-4536 to have your payment transferred from your Central Willamette account. To make your payment from your account established at another financial institution, you may use your debit card or check by phone (fees may apply).
