New Online Banking Checklist

This checklist contains important information to help guide you through the transition to our new Online Banking system, which took effect October 21, 2013.

Updated Contact Information – If we don't have your current phone number or email address on file you will NOT be able to log into the new online banking system without calling us for assistance. 

First Time Login Process – On our new homepage, enter your member number and check New User, then click Secure Login. This will begin the first time login process. A detailed step by step guide titled “First Time Login Guide” is available.

Login ID - Your member number is your Login ID.

Password - You will NOT need to use your old password to log into the new system. During the first time login process you will be required to set a new permanent password. Your new Online Banking password can be the same as your old password as long as it meets our new password requirements, which is a password length of at least 8 characters including at least one number and one lower case letter.

Mobile Banking – If you use our Mobile Banking app please be aware that an update to Mobile Banking is available within the Android Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Older versions of our mobile banking app will not function starting October 21.  If you do not currently use Mobile Banking, visit our Mobile Banking page to get started. 

Email Junk Mail Filter – It is recommended you add centralwcu.org or notifications@centralwcu.org to your email safe senders list to avoid delivery to Junk Mail. Use of Online Banking requires a valid email account. Important messages, such as security alerts or Secure Access Codes, may be sent to you through email.

Quicken – If you have your Central Willamette accounts linked within Quicken please be aware of the following changes: You will need to complete required steps within Quicken to reconnect your Central Willamette accounts to our new Online Banking system. QuickBooks – If you import your Central Willamette account data into QuickBooks please be aware of the following changes: You will need to complete required steps within QuickBooks to reconnect your Central Willamette accounts to our new Online Banking system. Please see our QuickBooks Conversion Guide for detailed step by step instructions.

My TurboTax – If you used the My TurboTax link within Online Banking please be aware access to your Turbo Tax online profile from within CU Online was discontinued on October 21. In order to access your TurboTax profile you will need to visit Turbo Tax Online directly at turbotax.intuit.com and log in.  Please use the “Can’t access your account?” link on the Sign In page at turbotax.intuit.com to retrieve your TurboTax login ID and reset your TurboTax password. Please contact TurboTax Support for further assistance.




Quicken and QuickBooks Conversion Guides
These conversion guides will help you complete the required changes needed to reconnect your Central Willamette accounts to Quicken and QuickBooks. These one-time changes are necessary because of our migration to our new Online Banking system October 21, 2013.
