System Upgrade

PLEASE READ. THIS LETTER CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT(S).

 

Dear Member:

As Central Willamette strives to offer you an exceptional member experience, our Credit Union will conduct a System Upgrade that will temporarily limit some services beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2nd and continuing through Monday, March 5th, 2018.

We are providing this first notice nearly two months in advance so you have ample time to plan for your financial needs over these dates. The upgrade is scheduled to be completed and all services made available on Tuesday, March 6th, 2018.

There will be no change to your account number(s), online password(s) or Personal Identification Number(s) (PINs). During the upgrade timeframe, access to ATMs at our branches and other locations will be available and you will also be able to use your Central Willamette VISA® debit and credit cards.

The following services will be temporarily unavailable during the System Upgrade:

  • Our Call Center and all branch locations will be closed during the three-day period from Saturday, March 3rd through Monday, March 5th. We will reopen for business on Tuesday, March 6th.

  • Online and mobile account access and bill pay will be unavailable starting at on Friday, March 2nd through Monday, March 5th.

  • Online loan applications and online account opening will be unavailable starting on Friday, March 2nd through Monday, March 5th.

We will strive to minimize any inconvenience to you throughout this process and we have added a dedicated page on our website, centralwcu.org, under ‘About Us’ where you can find ongoing information on this topic. Please watch for additional updates in the upcoming weeks.
