A: You can safely and securely order new checks by logging into Online Banking, then click ‘Check Reorder’.  Make sure you disable your browser pop-up blocker. You can also order new checks by phone at (541) 928-4536 or visiting one of our branch locations.
A: Bill Pay is free and convenient. To register, sign into Online Banking and click on the Bill Payment link under Preferences. Once you are registered, you can access Bill Payment by clicking on the Bill Payment link under Transactions.

A: There are three convenient ways to change the PIN number for your ATM or Debit Card. If you know your existing PIN, you may change it at any of Central Willamette's ATMs by inserting your card and following the prompts. You can also change your PIN by calling 1-877-267-6914, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If you do not know your existing PIN, you can stop by any of our branches or contact us for further assistance.
