Life and AD&D Insurance
As a member of Central Willamette Credit Union, TruStage™ will work with you to select a life insurance policy that’s right for your budget, with ongoing support and no hassle.
AD&D is not life insurance, but it can be a good complement to life insurance because AD&D pays a cash benefit in the event of an accidental death or if an accident causes specific permanent injuries.

In your time of need, our claims process is simple for covered or qualifying events. If you elected payment protection on your loan, use this online claim process to file your insurance claim.
To begin, please fill out a claim form at lendingclaim.trustage.com.

Debt protection products are optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement required to obtain a loan. Certain eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions may apply. Please contact your loan representative or refer to the contract for a full explanation of the terms. You may cancel the protection at any time. If you cancel protection within 30 days you will receive a full refund of any fee paid.
