Security Alert: “Heartbleed” Website Bug
Central Willamette is aware of the “Heartbleed” vulnerability that is affecting many Internet websites. Our systems, website and online services are not vulnerable to this bug. We continuously run tests on our systems to ensure we are not at risk to vulnerabilities. We are working diligently with our business partners to ensure that their systems are secure. Helping protect your personal and financial information is one of our top priorities — every day, 24/7.
While we are not vulnerable to the “Heartbleed” bug and there’s no indication of compromise, we do recommend members periodically change their passwords and use a unique password for each site. In addition, our Online Banking system includes Enhanced Login Security with Secure Access Codes to help ensure your online accounts remains secure and only accessible to you.
