A: To reorder checks, you can make a request in Online Banking messaging, or make an order on the Harland Clarke website. You can also order new checks by phone at (541) 928-4536 or visiting one of our branch locations.
A: There are three convenient ways to change the PIN number for your ATM or Debit Card. If you know your existing PIN, you may change it at any of Central Willamette's ATMs by inserting your card and following the prompts. You can also change your PIN by calling 1-877-267-6914, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If you do not know your existing PIN, you can stop by any of our branches or contact us for further assistance.
