Throughout his career, Joshua has built a reputation for driving results and fostering high-performing teams. He previously served as Mortgage Sales Manager at Maps Credit Union, where he successfully expanded lending programs and enhanced member experiences. His background also includes key roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Tech Federal Credit Union and as a Branch Manager at both Washington Federal and The Equitable Finance Company. Joshua’s leadership is characterized by a commitment to integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
