Keep it short and sweet (under 2 minutes)

Find a quiet place with good lighting and a solid background.

Speak clearly and enthusiastically.

Record the highest quality video your phone can capture.

What Happens Next?

The submission window closes on 8/18/2025.

Once the submission period closes:

All eligible video submissions will be entered into a random drawing for one of the two $500 Amazon gift cards.

All eligible written testimonial submissions will be entered into a separate random drawing for one of the five $100 Amazon gift cards.

Winners will be notified by email or phone on or around 8/19/2025

Official Rules / Disclosure

Promotion Period

Promotion begins on Monday, June 16th, 2025 at 8am and ends on Monday, August 18th, 2025 at 8am (the “Promotion Period”).

Entry

By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.  No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per person. Individuals may enter as follows: 

a) $100 Amazon Gift Card. Individuals may enter the drawing for a $100 Amazon Gift Card by submitting an original written Central Willamette Credit Union member impact story.

b) $500 Amazon Gift Card.  Individuals may enter the drawing for a $500 Amazon Gift Card by submitting an original recorded video of the individual describing a Central Willamette Credit Union member impact story.

Prizes

There will be a total of seven (7) winners: 

a) $100 Amazon Gift Card. There will be five (5) winners from the drawing for the $100 Amazon Gift Card who will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. 

b) $500 Amazon Gift Card. There will be two (2) winners from the drawing for the $500 Amazon Gift Card who will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card.

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 19th, 2025 and will be notified on or about August 20th, 2025. Winner must be in good standing at time of drawing and prize notification. Each winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. The prize is not transferable or assignable. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Conditions

The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Each entrant agrees to the use of their name and likeness, and their member impact story submission, in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, each entrant acknowledges that Central Willamette Credit Union has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won (if applicable), the member impact story, and all matters incidental thereto. By entering this promotion, each entrant releases Central Willamette Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion. Central Willamette Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Central Willamette Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion.

Eligibility

Open to CWCU members who qualify under the entry rules above. Officials and employees of the Credit Union and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) are not eligible.  Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
